We had previously used UCI Paints, 10 years ago, and as the paint held up so unbelievably well over the years, it was not a difficult decision for our Board of Directors to select UCI Paints again, for last year’s painting project.

The painters were very impressed with your product, as well, and did prefer using UCI Paint over the national chain paint companies.

Not only is your product great for Florida weather, but your assistance in color selection, mocking up some various color schemes for the Board’s review, giving paint to the painter to set up two home samples so the residents could help decide on our new color scheme, 10 year product warranty, giving our residents access to purchasing additional paint and having it delivered to their homes.

During the painting process, they were on site frequently to make sure we were happy and all was going smoothly. I understand it is designed to withstand Florida's crazy, hot, humid weather which is great, but on top of that…….. it is gorgeous! It has a sheen to it that is rich and luxe. Many owners have commented on how wonderful the paint looks, not just because of the color. We will be repeat customers.

We chose UCI paint for our Key West-style boutique condominium building adjacent to the beach in Deerfield Beach, where the salt, sand, sun and heat wreak havoc on our painted surfaces.

Julie and Robert from UCI helped us choose colors and color locations by visiting the building multiple times trying different color schemes on various substrates; concrete floors, CBS, and stucco, as well as prepared graphic illustrations of how the colors would look on the building.

As a property manager of 3 high rise condos in Boca Raton, I deal with a lot of vendors. UCI is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with!

When we needed to re-paint they came out and did specs for the job. Their sales rep Julie helped me tremendously with the bidding process. They were there inspecting every week while the job was going on to make sure their product was being applied properly. The bigger paint companies don't do this!

UCI has such pride in their products, and they really warranty their paint. Our community looks amazing, and I'm just so happy we chose to use UCI paints. We will be sticking with them in the future!!

Mike and Julie initially came to our buildings, answered all of our questions, listened intently to what we wanted to do, developed detailed specifications for the project and even gave us some recommendations for contractors familiar with their paint products.

I cannot say enough nice things about Julie, the color expert. She was such a pleasure to work with. She came to the building and met with us several times. She brought samples of colors, showed us different combinations and made renderings of the colors on the building wanting to make sure we would have our vision for the building become a reality. At one point we were almost, but not quite satisfied, with one of the colors, so they custom made a color that we now love. The building looks amazing. Julie came during the painting to see the progress. I can only encourage anyone considering a paint project to contact this paint company.
