24-111 ULTRA PREP -Ultra-Prep is a high-performance 100% acrylic water-based primer/sealer that can replace interior oil-based alkyd primers and exterior non-ferrous metal primers. Ultra-Prep is formulated for priming interior bare wood or exterior non-ferrous metal. Ultra-Prep serves as an excellent foundation for subsequent coats of trim enamels. 72-100 AWNING GUARD – 100% Acrylic Textile Coating – Water-based proprietary blend of unique specialty polymers and additives formulated to recoat and rejuvenate any type of canvas, vinyl, or fabric. Awning Guard will restore and add a color coat water-resistant brilliance to almost any type of canvas, vinyl or fabric material. It will make the substrate that it is applied to ultra-violet light and mildew resistant. 75-100 POXY-KOTE – A durable interior-only two component high-performance polyamide chemical-resistant industrial-grade solvent epoxy coating. Poxy-Kote is a one-to-one ratio of equal parts coating and catalyst. Poxy-Kote can be used on numerous substrates where a brilliant high gloss, hard abrasion chemical and water-resistant coating is desired (machinery, steel, concrete, drywall, fiberglass, porcelain, floors, walls, tile, parking garage interior decks). A test patch should always be applied to previously painted surfaces to check compatibility with existing coating. Poxy-Kote dries to touch in 1-2 hours, fully cures in 6 days. 99-000 MILDEW-PREP – Mildew Treatment – A proprietary blend of mildewcides, algaecides, cleansing acids and wetting agents that when mixed in the proper ratio with sodium hypo-chloride will accelerate the termination of mildew and algae as a pre-treatment prior to painting a surface. A unique value to this solution is that it can be used as an intermediate sanitizing solution over previously painted or unpainted surfaces. 99-2000 MILDEW-GUARD -Mildew Retardant – A proprietary aqueous blend of water-based siliconates that when applied according to directions will impart water resistance and retard fungus and mildew growth on unpainted brick facing, brick pavers, roof tiles and other concrete substrates. Most paints become brittle and age, causing cracking and loss of adhesion flexibility. Timber-Flex acts as a sealant, preventing moisture from entering and preventing cracks in wood.
